After placing an order you will be given an order confirmation number. It will also be sent in an email with your order details.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted. All orders are processed in CAD, using the latest exchange rates.

It all depends on where you are located. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Regular deliveries will average 5-7 days to arrive, after fulfillment. International deliveries can average anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive, after fulfillment. All shipping guidelines are not guaranteed as we cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll may be asked to select a delivery method during checkout based off of your location.

A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you shortly after an order is placed. If you have received a tracking number, that means your package is in transit. Please allow 3-5 days after the order is placed for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. PERSPECTIVE will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out. If your order was canceled it's likely that we reached out and did not hear back. The most common cancelations are duplicate orders.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at team@perspectivegear.com with the reasoning for the return and we can start the process.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:

1) Items that have been washed or worn.

2) Items outside of the 14-day return period.

3) All Final Sale purchases are final - no returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please reference product description to view if item is final sale.

4) International orders are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
