Shipping Policy

*** Please note shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not ship to PO boxes ***

All orders placed before 3 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be fulfilled within 3-business days (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). 

Standard Shipping - Delivers in 7-10 business days upon shipping.

Expedited Shipping - Delivers in 3-5 business days upon shipping.

We ship orders to all Canadian Provinces and US States and territories, APO/FOP addresses as well as select international countries. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Orders placed will ship either Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, USPS or UPS depending on your location. Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link.

What are the cutoff dates for holiday delivery?

Standard—Thursday 12/8 3 PM EST
Express—Wednesday 12/14 3 PM EST

International Orders
