Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if your purchase doesn’t help improve your perspective you have 14-days from fulfillment to return your items.
To request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) please email us at team@perspectivegear.com with the reasoning for the return. Please be advised that any worn or washed products will not be accepted. Items returned without an approved Return Authorization may not be accepted or can experience additional delays in processing.
Please allow up to 7 business days from package delivery for us to receive and process your return. The return timeline may increase at peak holiday periods to 12 business days so please be patient.
Once an eligible return has been processed for refund, we will notify you via an email reply. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the refund to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PERSPECTIVE Streetwear is not responsible for return packages until they are marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier on the return tracking to our facilities. Please keep a record of your return package’s tracking number for the most up-to-date transit times.
Please note the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:
1) Items that are worn or washed.
2) Items outside of the 14-day return period.
3) All Final Sale purchases are final - no returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please reference product description to view if item is final sale.
4) International orders are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
